My Story For more than 30 years, I built my career behind the scenes — supporting executives, leading through complexity, managing operations, solving problems, and helping organizations move forward during moments of transformation and change. I became the person leaders trusted to bring order to chaos, connect people, drive execution, and quietly hold everything together. But somewhere along the way, I realized something important: Many of the people doing the most meaningful leadership work are the least visible. Executive Assistants. Chiefs of Staff. Caregivers. Organizers. Connectors. Problem-solvers. The people carrying teams, families, and organizations forward every day without always being recognized for the impact they create. At the same time, life was teaching me lessons far beyond the workplace. I navigated caregiving, grief, reinvention, personal growth, leadership pressure, family legacy, health challenges, and the reality that life can change in an instant. Those experiences reshaped how I saw success, leadership, confidence, and purpose. And then AI arrived — changing the future of work forever. Instead of fearing it, I leaned into it. I realized AI could become a powerful equalizer for professionals who had always carried enormous responsibility behind the scenes.
